Close all Open Applications

A handy application that closes each individual application. It asks to save changes, and allows warnings, so, no worries! A great thing to run before shut down, to make sure everything is closed.

Note: While this is for Mac OS X 10.5 or later, it should work seamlessly in Tiger or earlier.
